Thank you for shopping with Customizely. We value our customers and aim to provide the best quality customized products.

Since our products are specially customized according to customer requirements, most items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue.

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

If your return request is approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, or
A replacement product may be sent based on the situation.

Orders can only be canceled before production starts. Once customization work has begun, the order cannot be canceled.
